Setting up your 2019 Charity Page

Congratulations on your team ticket to the Portishead Soapbox Race in 2019. We are already looking forward to seeing you at the start line on Sunday 14th July! To help you get started with setting up your just giving fundraising page, we have set up this little 'how to' guide for you to follow.

Step 1:- Visit this link to see the St. Peter's Hospice Soapbox Race Just Giving page. Once at the page, please click the orange 'start fundraising' button.

Step 2:If you already have a Just Giving Login fill in your details here, otherwise create a new login to access their site.

Step 3:You may be greeted with this screen once you have logged in. Please click 'organised event'.

Step 4:Search for the 'Portishead Soapbox Race' and then click 'select' on the result.

Step 5:Here you can create your team page name. This can either be your own name or your team name.Once you have chosen a name that is available, click 'no' for the following boxes and then choose your marketing preferences. Then click 'create your page'.

Step 6:Congratulations, you have created your Just Giving Page. You will see your page in front of you. It will look similar to the below. Click 'edit your page' to start personalising your fundraising page.

Step 7:Here you can add your own story, edit the pictures and set your fundraising target. Click 'Save my story' once you are done.

All done. Now you can share your page with your friends and family to start your fundraising goal. We are very grateful for all the fundraising you can do to help support this great local charity. Portishead Soapbox Race donates all event profits to the charity. We do not have control over the Just Giving Page, but will be more than happy to help if you have any questions.
