2018 Participant Ticket Announcement!


We will be at the Portishead Victorian Evening on Friday 15th December on Portishead High Street to release the participant tickets to the 2018 race! Would you like to be a competitor? Read below to find out more.


Participant Ticket Release Information

Tickets will be available at the Portishead Victorian Evening on Friday 15th December on a first come first served basis. We will start selling tickets at 19:00 on the night. Please be aware that there may be a queue and spaces are limited! What is Portishead Victorian Evening? Every year, Portishead gets to host a Victorian evening for the community just before Christmas. It is a great chance to explore local charities, shops and investigate some last minute Christmas Present options. Team Entry Cost

All team tickets will cost £150.00 inc VAT (plus booking fee) for the 2018 race. We know it is just before Christmas, so we are offering the chance to pay a deposit of £50 to secure your team place, with the balance being due by February 16th 2018. You can of course, pay the amount in full on December 15th at the Portishead Victorian Evening if you wish. Payment Options Deposits and full payments can be taken on card or cash at the Portishead Victorian Evening. If you choose to pay a deposit, the balance transaction will need to be completed online at our booking portal. Please have your payment method ready when visiting the stall. We cannot reserve a place for you without taking payment. Once you have reserved your place, there are a few things to know;

Team Fundraising

Each team that races will be required to create a 'Just Giving' page and raise a minimum of £200.00 for St. Peter's Hospice. Instructions will be sent with your race entry confirmation email. With up to 6 people in your team we are confident this should be quite straight forward.

Rules and Regulations

Our rules have stayed the same from last year. Please check the website for the full run down. We will alert you as soon as possible if these change for any reason.

Team Pack

We will be sending out the team pack this year to help cut down on administration needed on the event day. The team pack will consist of your team number, course access wrist bands, race disclaimer and waiver as well as sponsorship information. We will also include arrival information for the day.

This pack will be sent out around 8 weeks prior to the race day. Can't make it to Portishead Victorian Evening? Don't panic! If there are any remaining tickets following the 15th December, they will be announced on our Facebook page and available on our online booking portal.
